OpenWork has started alternative data providing in 2020. Our Japanese Company Review Database contributes to investment analysis such as alpha generation or ESG investing analysis. OpenWork is one of the largest company review and job websites in Japan. We share a growing database of more than 10.5 million reviews and evaluate scores of companies posted by employees and former employees. We now have 4 million members and 2,000 new registrations every day. We believe sharing employee’s unfiltered reviews could change the workplace better and increase the transparency of the job market as a whole.
