Vezi la producatorii de tevi de aluminiu si profile de aluminiu. Parca ALRO Slatina producea si profile.
@ Dacicuss: e o pudra care se depune pe elementul de vopsit, iar acesta e bagat la cuptor dupa aia. Vezi "Orange County Choppers" pe Discovery, in emisiunea aia fac jante "vopsite" asa.

Unde stiu eu, din auzite, e in AB si MS county....da' am un amic bun ce se ocupa de masini si-l sun sa-mi afle preturi, sa ai ce compara...dar pun pariu ca e mai ieftin ca-n B...
Acum is io curios, musai asa vrei, vopsite cu pudra?...io am vazut unele sablate ca lumea si pe urma vopsite tot profi si bagate la cuptor...au iesit brici!( in camp electrostatic l.e.)
L.E.: si daca nu aflu pana maine, saptamana cealalta ajung io la o vopsitorie de genul asta, meseriasa, ca tre sa-mi schimb bara spate si s-o vopsesc... aia musai stiu...daca nu e prea tarziu pentru tine!

E cumva vorba de vopsire in camp electrostatic?
Adica se da cu pudra, dupa care se incarca electric janta, pudra se aseaza pe janta dupa care se baga in cuptor la caldurica?
Ca daca e asa nu e recomandat sa o folositi pe o masina care e frecata toata ziua ci numai pt show car.
Poti sa o faci in Bucuresti la Automatica, acolo am vazut cu ochii mei asa ceva

Prin 92 in Tg-Mures la electro-mures se faceau mese de calcat care erau vopsite prin acest procedeu. Mi-am vopsit si eu tablele de inmatriculare in alb. Se obtine o suprafata de "portelan", adica foarte tare, groasa si lucioasa. E foarte frumos pana ce se ciobeste, dupa aceia nu prea se poate corecta sau revopsi.

Nu stiu dar banuiesc ca vopsesc cu vopsea normala dar in camp electrostatic. Cand ma duc la metro ma uit despre care firma e vorba.
Avantajul e ca nu se pierde vopseaua. Am participat la o demonstratie (prin 90) prezentata de o firma din ungaria, care producea acest echipament. Cel mai tare a fost cand au vopsit o teava de diametru de 10 cm, si l-au stropit numai din fata (adica numai dintr-o parte) dar s-a vopsit toata teava, iar pe pamant nici urma de vopsea. Cei de la prodcomplex au adus un lacat pentru vopsit, si acela a fost stropit numa din fata dar s-a vopsit tot lacatul , adica si partea din spate. S-au facut incercari si cu lemn dar trebuia sa aiba o umiditate destul de ridicata ca sa fie bun conducator de electricitate.

Domnu' , aseara, intr-un puseu de inteligenta, mi-am amintit ca finu' ar avea legatura cu domeniul, indirect...l-am sunat si dupa ce l-am intrebat de "pudra"...mi-a zis sa-mi vopsesc cenzuratu' cu pudra... biggrin.gif ca cica stiintific e "praf"...am zis ceva in gand de politehnica lui si a mea...
Deci, 1st question: ce culoare sau nuanta vrea domnia ta ? Problemu e ca daca vrei o nuanta care ei nu o au in lucru, te usuca la portofel ca e munca grea de curatat toata instalatia, pistoalele, etc ca sa bage ulterior nuanta matale.
Adica finu stie ca lucreaza cu un furnizor de diverse tamplarii vopsite in culori mai ciudate ( politica firmei) si in general, pretul e undeva la 50-60 Euroi pe mp blink.gif
La mine in judet sunt vreo 4, din ce mi-a zis asta...azi pot intra la unii sa le dau o intrebare si sa le dau ca tema de casa sa calculeze suprafata desfasurata la o janta de 16" radmasa.gif
by the way, cica si unii ce lucreaza fier forjat utilizeaza tehnologia asta de vopsire...daca ai PCR in domeniu.

'Ai ma, George! E mai mica: 0,1296512 metri patrati o fata de janta, deci cam 1 metru patrat toate 4 jantele pe ambele fete. La asta se mai adauga si obada (la tine am impresia ca e 7j) care este 7*2,54*2*pi*r adica 0,22688986 pentru fiecare roata, doar pe oi parte. Asta inseamna ochiometric inca un metru patrat, deci doi metri patrati in total, deci numai vreo suta de euro.

De OL? am un coleg ce are magazin de piese auto si tocmai mi-a zis ca a adus nu stiu ce solutie miraculoasa de curatat jantele din otel...cica curata orice por...argintii vrei sa le faci sau cum?

Vopsire in cimp electrostatic.
In Bucuresti, au asa ceva pe linga Automatica, DUALMAN, Electromagnetica, FEA, Electroaparataj. Dar nu stiu daca vopsesc si piese din aluminiu...
Sau incerca la Romaero..nu stiu sigur... dar lucreaza multe repere din aluminiu.
