Kate Winslet is opening up about filming with Hugh Grant after 29 years!

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight at the New York City premiere of her and Grant’s, 63, HBO series The Regime, Winslet, 48, opened up about working with her co-star for the first time since they co-starred in 1995's Sense and Sensibility.

"It was honestly amazing because I haven't really seen him since Sense and Sensibility, and as you say, it's a very, very long time -- three decades," Winslet said. "I just was excited to get in a room and play with him in this kind of more grown-up version of myself."

Sense and Sensibility saw Winslet play the role of Marianne Dashwood, who was Emma Thompson’s character Elinor Dashwood’s younger sister.

Meanwhile, Grant played Elinor’s love interest Edward Ferrars.

Comparing The Regime to Sense and Sensibility, Winslet added, "Hopefully a bit more evolved, hopefully with a bit more to bring to the table.”

"And I -- it was just terrific, it was just great,” she added.

Winslet attended the premiere looking chic and stylish as she wore a white blazer on top of a low-cut top, black dress pants and pumps.

The Regime, a six-episode series, will premiere on March 3 and will stream on Max. It "tells the story of life within the walls of a modern authoritarian regime as it unravels," per its synopsis.

"After not leaving the palace for quite some time, Chancellor Elena Vernham (Kate Winslet) becomes increasingly paranoid and unstable and turns to a volatile soldier, Herbert Zubak (Matthias Schoenaerts), as an unlikely confidant. As Zubak's influence over the chancellor grows, Elena's attempts to expand her power eventually result in the palace and the country fracturing around her," the synopsis adds.
