The two sparked romance rumors after they were spotted taking a morning stroll in New York City on Monday. They looked relaxed as they braved the rainy weather and walked arm-in-arm in the East Village.
Both Foster and Elson were dressed in casual looks for the day. While the Lone Survivor actor, 35, donned a black jacket with jeans and a brown hat, Elson, 37, wore a patterned black dress with tights and a navy blue blazer. The model also looked fresh-faced and kept her fiery red hair tucked behind her ears.

The news of the possible pairing comes nearly seven months after Foster and House of Cards actress Robin Wright called off their engagement for the second time after nearly three years of dating.
Elson was previously married to The White Stripes lead singer Jack White for six years. They announced the end of their marriage in 2011 by throwing a "divorce party" to celebrate their time together. White and Elson have two children together, Scarlett and Henry Lee.
