Film festival season is well underway, and certain celebs are pulling out iconic 'fits for their time in the spotlight. Exhibit A: Michelle Monaghan hit the red carpet at the London Film Festival 2022 in classic yet stunning black tie attire.

Michelle flaunted her long, strong legs in a high-slit dress on Oct. 7. She paired the elegant all-black look with a gold belt that matched the gown's two buttons.

The 46-year-old actress was as sleek as can be with a pulled-back bun and dangling pearl earrings. Simplicity is key for this classy look.

Plus, Michelle's defined leg muscles add further detail to her outfit, and I can't look away.

To harness her strength, the Nanny actress loves spinning. “SoulCycle is my religion!” Michelle told Byrdie in 2020. But spin class is only one part of her weekly workout routine. “I try to do something for at least 30 minutes every day, even if it’s just going on a walk,” she said.

In an Instagram video from this summer, Michelle shared her new fave way to move. "Currently, I’m in love with Pilates, thanks mostly to @embench, founder of @pilathon in Miami. Pilates is a game changer for mind, body and spirit. 💫 I’ve been training at Emily’s studio for the last six months and I’ve never felt stronger, more flexible and grounded."

Michelle also wrote in the caption, "I get asked about my fitness routine a lot and to be honest, I try everything - and sometimes - I do nothing at all! 🙋🏻‍♀️ Like life, my workout routine ebbs and flows." I love her honesty!

The celeb developed her love for all things fitness after giving birth to her first child. “I started working out after I had my first daughter and I’ve really taken to it," she told Byrdie. "I’m in better shape now than I was in my 20s!”

Michelle also practices meditation to keep her feeling her best. "I love to meditate before my kids wake up," she told InStyle in 2018. "I find that 20 minutes twice a day [keeps] me patient and grounded."

When it comes to her beauty tricks, one thing stands far above the rest for Michelle: hydration. “Honestly, my number one beauty thing is that I drink a lot of water,” she said to Byrdie. “I find that the more I drink the better my skin looks.”

In terms of her diet, Michelle doesn't shy away from sweets. From the looks of her IG, she loves a good cookie (who doesn't?). "A little sweet, a little salty," she captioned the photo. Sounds just right!

Keep up the good work, Michelle!
