Unauthorised 39,90 charge, twice!
I recently used the IQ test service and encountered a concerning billing issue. After initially paying $0.5 for what I believed to be a one-time test, I was subsequently charged $39,90 twice, without any prior notification or confirmation of a subscription.
The lack of transparency in the billing process is disappointing. There was no indication during the initial transaction that I was signing up for a subscription service, and I did not receive any email or notification confirming the subscription or the associated charges.
I have requested a refund for the unauthorized charges and the cancellation of any subscription associated with my account.
In the interest of transparency and fair billing practices, I strongly advise others to exercise caution when using this service and to carefully review their billing statements.
