"Sex and the City" star Cynthia Nixon and Christine Marinoni welcomed a new baby boy into the world, according to a source close to the family, who tells Scoop that Marinoni gave birth to Maxim Ellington Nixon-Marinoni Monday morning.
Nixon, 44, and Marinoni, 43, have been together since 2004, and became engaged in May 2009. Nixon has a daughter, Samantha, 14, and son, Charles, 8, from her previous relationship with photographer Danny Mozes.
Reps for Nixon didn't respond to request for comment.
