Rosanna Davison celebrates 19th anniversary of being crowned Miss World saying her ‘life changed’ after

ROSANNA Davison said her "life changed" after she won Miss World as she celebrated 19 years since she was crowned.

The model won Miss World back in 2003 when she was just 19 years old.

Posting a throwback snap on Instagram Rosanna wrote: "This day 19 years ago, my whole life changed!!

"And what an incredible experience it was."

In the photo, Rosanna was wearing a stunning bright purple floor-length dress and her blonde hair was straightened.

She had thin eyebrows, gorgeous smokey eye makeup and a bright smile as she waved to the audience.

That year the pageant was held in Sanya, China where 106 women competed for the title of Miss World, it was the largest Miss World Pageant.

Rosanna was the first Miss World contestant from Ireland to win the coveted title.

After her major win, Rosanna travelled the world as the ambassador for the Miss World organisation raising money for various charitable causes.

She went on to be the first Irish woman to grace the cover of the infamous magazine Playboy.

She has since become a mum and has three children with hubby Wes Quirke - Sophia, 3, and two-year-old twins Hugo and Oscar.

Recently, Rosanna showed off her Christmas home transformation but fans were left "howling" at an unusual addition.

The model went Christmas tree shopping with her little ones and shared a sweet clip of the outing.

However, she had to take steps to protect the decorated tree from the toddlers in her home.

Rosanna set up barriers around the beautiful festive tree.

Taking to Instagram she wrote: "Our toddler v tree situation. Behind bars for its own protection.

"Picked up our Christmas tree this year from @thechristmastreebarnsandyford.

"Gorgeous selection and we love that they’re supporting both @pieta.house and @jackandjillcf.

"To date, they’ve raised over €81,000 for nominated Irish charities."

Fans and friends flocked to her comment section amused by the Christmas tree cage.

RTE presenter Maia Dunphy wrote: "Howling at the railings!"

Somebody else joked: "Good to see that you have protected your endangered species. The tree looks lovely Xx."

Mary added: "Needs must!!! Very wise decision."

Another fan commented: "The fence.", alongside crying laughing emojis.
