It’s not surprising Ryan’s in such good shape.

The actor launched his own fitness app, Become, earlier this year and promised anyone could end up with a body like him.

It’s not easy however with Ryan admitting he has worked out five times a week for the past two decades.

Dad-of-three Ryan told Men's Fitness: “Whether I’m doing a movie or TV show or not, I’ve worked out five days a week, 1 1/2 hours a day, for the past 20 years.

“I and others like me have worked with some of the best trainers, nutritionists, and doctors.”

His latest business venture bridges that gap and, Ryan said, allowed normal men to achieve the same results as him.

He told Good Morning America: “[It gives] you the road map to taking care of yourself.

“Staying healthy, what supplements you should take, what you should be eating, and so you'll be able to download that and find out everything, all the secrets.”

When he's not working out, Ryan can be found hanging out with his three kids who he is devoted to.

The star has Ava and Deacon from his marriage to Reese Witherspoon and a daughter called Kai from his relationship with Alexis Knapp.

Speaking about his hopes for his children, Ryan told Entertainment Tonight: “I think what we always wish for them is that they'll be content.

“They'll be happy with who they are, they'll be stimulated by things in life to the point where they can find their passion.”
