‘The Vampire Diaries’

This supernatural drama series about vampire brothers Stefan and Damon Salvatore (Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder), who live in the town of Mystic Falls, closes out its seventh season with Damon making the “ultimate sacrifice.” The previews make this sacrifice look “explosive.” Season finale, 8 p.m. Friday, May 13, on The CW.
