☆Rishi Taparia: Should founders and investors take more time to get to know one another? Jerry Neumann: As an investor, I say, absolutely! You are going into a long—potentially ten-year—partnership with the other person. Take some time to get to know them so you can better predict how they will act when times get tough. Me: I disagree! Founders need to spend their time building the company – not schmoozing investors.
