Robert Harlan ordered a grass bag for his riding mower some time ago, but for some reason, he never got it. And when the grass on a vacant field grew more than 8 feet high, well, something had to be done. A friend payed Harlan to cut the one-acre lot on Sixth Street last week. It too Harlan, and here, his daughter, Tami, 9, eight hours and four seperate cuts to get the grass to a manageable length. To pick up the clippings, Harlan rigged this contraption, a riding lawnower pulling a push mower with a bag attachment. Harlan said the invention worked very well, thank you.
