She shared an Instagram post on April 22 in which she showed off her washboard abs and penned a long note about the difficult times she has faced in her life and how she turned to doing workouts to help her with her mental and physical well-being.

"There is no giant step that can take you there! But, consistent and small steps can! I still have multiple hernias, severe Diastasis recti of the abdomen after carrying 2 sets of twins. Lost my parents & a baby in my 2nd twin pregnancy and had a condition close to a lung collapse as well," Celine wrote.

She shared that during difficult times, she started working out and started doing squats. "There are days when I have to battle and confront so much darkness, but then Life has its UPS and DOWNS and I started turning them into SQUATS," she wrote.

Celine mentioned that in her darkest moments, she could hear the voice of her late father, who was in the military. She wrote that she would become a GC (Gentleman Cadet) and start lifting weights.

"Amazingly every workout big or small also changes how I feel," she added.

Addressing all those who have "struggled with darkness", Celina shared she hopes her story reaches out them saying "you are not alone".

"Give yourself another day, another chance. You will find your courage eventually," she wrote and added that working out is the "best investment" you can make for yourself.

"Don’t give up on yourself just yet, working out is the best investment that you can make in yourself for both mental and physical well-being & if nothing else works you can always refer to my dad's words above," she ended her note.
