Robert Sean Leonard is checking into Law & Order: SVU.
The House alum will guest star on a May episode of the NBC drama, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.
Leonard will play ADA Kenneth O’Dwyer, who once sent a man to jail for raping his daughter. However, when the daughter chooses to recant her testimony, the case is reopened and O’Dwyer must return to defend the verdict after Ellis (returning guest star Andre Braugher) asks for a retrial. The episode will also welcome back former series regular Dann Florek.
SVU, which wraps season 16 next month, was renewed for season 17 in February.
Leonard’s recent credits include The Good Wife, The Blacklist and Falling Skies. He is repped by WME and Brillstein Entertainment.
