Miley Cyrus celebrates her husband Liam Hemsworth's 29th birthday by penning the most adorable and sweet open love letter to Instagram.
In the lengthy post, which she shared on social media last night, she notes all of the reasons why she loves Liam and values their ten-year-long relationship.
"L, HBD to my #1 ... When we met you were 19, Today you are 29... I thought I could share some of my favorite things about my favorite dude in honor of his very special day," she starts off, noting that she adores the way Liam looks at her, their pets—which includes dogs, pigs, horses, cats and fish—their family, friends, strangers, and life.
"I love how you always try things your way, but are never to proud to ask for help. (Yes, I've noticed and taken note, I'm a work in progress)," she continues, adding that she loves how normal their relationship is and enjoys their one-on-one time together.
Miley also points out the little things, like how Liam leaves his dirty socks on the floor ("cause it means that YOU'RE HOME"), introduces her to new bands ("so when you're away, I can listen and it feels like you're here"), watches The Sandlot with her, and makes breakfast with her in the morning.
"Put simply.... I love YOU. Unconditionally. In our time together you have displayed what it really means to love thru all circumstances," Miley adds.
Cyrus, who has been vocal about her distaste for President Trump, even managed to add a political touch in her open love letter to Liam. "I respect that you respect me. If the world had more of this type of understanding we wouldn't be building more walls but bridges," she pens. "I'm proud of the person you have become and look forward to all the good we will contribute together in the future."
She closes her message on a hopeful note, as she looks forward to the pair's future together. "You and me baby ..... let's take this dark place head on and shine thru with the light of L.O.V.E."
In a separate Instagram, Miley posted a fun throwback photo of her and Liam making silly faces from June 2009, back when the pair filmed their movie The Last Song.
The pair, who secretly tied the knot on December 23 in an intimate wedding ceremony at Miley's home in Tennessee, left fans completely stunned as the leaked wedding photos quickly spread on social media.
Conrad Carr, one of Hemsworth's friends, accidentally shared the private images without realizing there was a no-photo policy for the cozy ceremony. However, according to Us Weekly, Miley's sister Brandi Cyrus revealed that, surprisingly, her sister "doesn’t really care" about the leaked snapshots.
More details emerged about the pair's wedding ceremony, including that the bride wore a custom Vivienne Westwood wedding gown, danced to Bruno Mars' "Uptown Funk" at the reception, and may have been inspired by her parent's marriage 25 years ago.
