Zone Diet for Beginners has many suggestions for those who want to eat lower carb. You would need to read the Zone Diet to understand the concept. Some of the recipes are easily "doable." My version includes 28 extra books on so many subjects such as liver detox, beekeeping, essential oils for pets, homemade protein balls... and many more. This is an OK book.
