Sienna Miller has officially confirmed that she's expecting her second child – her first with her boyfriend Oli Green – and in turn given us a glimpse of her maternity style going forward… that is, in embracing her changing body by celebrating it, not hiding it.

She may well have taken inspiration from the likes of Rihanna, whose pregnancy wardrobe quickly gained iconic status after she was pictured wearing everything from bump-baring crop tops to see-through mesh outfits during both her pregnancies – prompting others, like Shay Mitchell, Jessie J and Kylie Jenner, to follow suit.

In Sienna's case, she chose a suitably stylish occasion to make her happy-announcement-come-fashion-statement – on the Vogue World: London red carpet, where she enlisted the help of Harry Styles' stylist Harry Lambert to dress her (in a voluminous Schiaparelli couture two-piece, naturally).

The actor, who is practically synonymous with boho style and floaty dresses – her staple of choice for her first pregnancy, in fact – certainly went in a new direction with the look, which featured a shirt-style crop top and a dramatic oversized pouf skirt, styled with statement gold earrings and the designer's runway-approved sheer tights and heels.

Of the celebratory look, Schiaparelli creative director Daniel Roseberry told British Vogue of Sienna's decision to bare her bump: “Her choice is our honour. Nothing but our love and congratulations to Sienna and her little one in the making.”
