Let’s Fiesta! Add your Birthday Boy or Birthday Girl’s name on a garland to set the festive ambiance for your fiesta! Our hand cut papel picado tissue paper banners add colorful whimsy and fiesta fun to your indoor or outdoor event. Each banner has one design that says Feliz Cumpleanos alternating with your child's name.

Each garland has 10 LARGE (14”x18”) tissue paper flags already stranded on a cotton string and ready to hang. Each banner is 18-20 feet long. You can tie garlands together to achieve your desired length.

Customization takes a little time. Please note the current turnaround time in our shop homepage “Announcement” and contact me if you need your order rushed (rush order fee applies). If you are in a rush, we also have ready to ship banners without personalization.

You can choose “All White,” “Multi Color,” or “Specific Colors.” Multi Color choices include: primary blue, magenta, turquoise, yellow, sky blue, orange, lime green, red, purple, and bubble gum pink. If you only want Specific Colors, mention which colors in the note section of the order.

In the “Note to Seller” box during your Etsy checkout, please mention:
1. NAME
2. EVENT DATE
3. MUST HAVE BY DATE (Mention the latest possible date you can receive your item, for example 1 wk before event). Keep in mind we will aim for sooner if possible.

EDIT: The seller has reached out and is willing to re-make the papel picado exactly how we want it, which is so nice of her. I've updated my review. Originally, the two that came white did not have our date and initials alternating like we had hoped. One line was entirely initials, and the other line was entirely our date. We had hoped it would alternate every other flag. The seller also added multi-colored flags as a free addition which was very nice of her.

These were the perfect size for the back walls. They are delicate but can be easily hung. I love how they can be personalized; these had my sisters name on them and it said Feliz Quince.
