    Walking for Fitness

    I really love her videos. She shows how simple walking can give an all over the body workout at minimal cost. No expensive gyms.

    Fat burning walk4

    I like this exercise dvd because it helps you get in a good workout at home. The thing I was disappointed about was that where it says 2004 and Leslie clearly looks the same or older than my 2 mile tape she is not in the video. It was taped at least 10 years earlier. She is way younger in the video than on the cover and you can tell from the clothes and hair styles that it was probably early 90's at the latest. I really like her but enjoy my 2 mile tape more as I felt like I was walking with someone more my age. This video just seems a little silly and retro which is not what I was expecting. Nothing to do with the seller but the packaging people for Leslie herself.

    Leslie Sansone - Fat Burning Walk 4 (2004, DVD)

    What I like most about this workout DVD is that it is easy and I get a pretty good cardio workout. It takes only one hour.It is also a good stress reliever. I highly recommend it. Any age group could use this workout with a fair amount of ease. I am a real fan of Leslie's walking workouts she has them for 1,2,and 3 miles. No matter what shape your in Leslie's workouts are simple and a great way to get moving. Get up and get your heart pumping!

    Leslie Sansone - Fat burning Walk 4

    I have managed to collect quite a few of Leslie Sansone dvds, and am thrilled to add this one to my collection. Her style and enthusiasm is contagious in encouraging the viewer to "get up and get moving". This dvd is a four mile walk that includes warm ups, aerobics, and even cooldowns. The great thing about any of her tapes, or dvds is that you may use them in any weather as they are done indoors. If you don't enjoy working out alone, then invite Leslie to help you do the "Fat Burning 4 Mile Walk". Get up and get moving with Leslie !! You'll be glad you did.

    Leslie Sansone-Fat Buring Walk 4

    I love this video. Very simple instructions. She guide you from beginning to end. I have tried other video's and NONE, have come close to what I have gotten from it. I have recommended it to other family members. It enhances your overall well being physically and mentally. This walking video has helped me to maintain my weight!!! I LOVE it!! I wish more professions in the walk for fitness crusade would learn from Ms. Sansone. Thanks a million Ms. Sansone!!!
