Dame Barbara Windsor could feature as a hologram in a new Carry On film, director Brian Baker has revealed.
The legendary actress, who was best known for her roles in the Carry On franchise and as Peggy Mitchell in EastEnders, sadly passed away at the age of 83 on Thursday (December 10) following her long battle with Alzheimer's.
However, fans may get to see Windsor on screen once more, as Baker plans to use old footage to incorporate her in a reboot of a classic Carry On film.

"We have got two new stories and we are looking to do one of the old ones again to bring it up to modern day quality – probably Carry On Sergeant," Baker told the Daily Star Sunday.
"Barbara will be making an appearance. It will be a tilt of the head to say, 'Well done'. That's the best way to do it."
Explaining how she'll feature in the film, he added: "We are looking at using a hologram from old footage to put her in a situation like a queue for the Royal Albert Hall or serving in a shop."
Following her passing, EastEnders paid a special on-air tribute to the actress by dedicating a weekly episode to her. This was preceded by a special screening of her biopic Babs, starring Jaime Winstone.
