Explaining the story, she said: 'My boyfriend at the time put Quaalude in an aspirin bottle, which is an upper and it can make you feel wired. I had my period and had cramps so I took two tablets what I thought were aspirin.
'I then went to the gym and I was rocking out and all of a sudden everything went weird and I went like timbberrr on the bike. I was still trying to cycle with my legs when I hit the floor. The teacher was like, what is going on here – I was gone.'
Caprice continued: 'My friend who was in the class with me wanted to call the ambulance, but first she called my boyfriend and he was like, oh my gosh, she took the aspirin!'
'But it [referring to drugs] was one thing I never got into.. Did I drink a lot of alcohol? Yes. But thank god I didn't do the drugs as I would be in a different place from where I am today. At that time everyone was doing drugs.'
Former Celebrity Big Brother housemate Caprice added: 'I was hanging out with a fast crowd. But I would have to drink more to get on the same level as everyone else. I just drank to try and get on their level' (pictured in 2001)
The star went on to say she didn't want to be 'Caprice the Police' which is what her pals used to call her.
Caprice added: 'I was hanging out with a fast crowd. But I would have to drink more to get on the same level as everyone else. I just drank to try and get on their level.
'That's when I started doing vitamin drips as my quality of life was not good. Alcohol depilates your body – it really affects your quality of life. One day I just said, I am done.
'Every once in a while I will now have a glass of wine or G&T but that doesn't even taste good to me. I'm the hostess with the hostess without all of that anyways because I am in a good place now. Most of my friends now are the mommies at school.'

It comes after Caprice last year blasted 'BS' models who lie about how they stay thin, insisting: 'I spent my whole life dieting, let's keep it real!'
In the refreshingly candid chat, the platinum blonde beauty branded beauty pageants 'a load of b******s,' and shared her belief that the world is now a more 'vain and superficial' place.
Speaking on podcast The Waffle Shop Unfiltered, Caprice looked back over her modelling career and dismissed other models' claims on how they maintain their svelte physiques.
She said: 'I couldn't stand it when models were saying things like ''I don't know how I keep my figure, I still eat burgers''. I am sorry, but that is such BS!
'All I saw on photo-shoots were other models smoking fags and eating apples. So that is a load of s**te, don't believe them when they say that.'

'That's what I saw when working in the industry every single day for 20 years straight. For goodness sakes, I spent my whole life dieting. Let's keep it real'.
Discussing how the likes of Instagram have impacted people, Caprice stated: 'It is now a more vain and superficial world we live in because of social media.
'During my career and I have definitely noticed over the years people are distracted by their phones.'
'I mean social media has its advantages but it is quite sad how distracted and less engaged we are with the world as a society now'.
