Salutare prieteni!

Am intrat in sfarsit in posesia unei sigle UAP de pe o Dacia 1300 si tin minte ca era pe forum un mic DIY in care se explicau pasii reconditionarii unei astfel de sigle, pentru a ajunge ca cea mare care am luat-o de pe o dacia 1100.

Ce solutii folosesc pentru a curata metalul si cum aplic vopseaua alba/neagra.

Orice sfat e bine venit!

un spray argintiu (cat mai argintiu si lucios)
Vopsea alba
Vopsea neagra

Cureti cu ceva vopseaua alba si neagra (eu am folosit un set de bisturiuri, cele de prelucrat ipsos.... se gaseste in targ setul) cureti rugina etc cu un smilgher fin de pe margini.... degresezi sigla (am invatat pe propria piele) vopsesti baza argintie iar apoi incepe chinul..... cu un pensul fin faci partea neagra a siglei, iar cu o scobitoare (asta am folosit eu) si vopsea alba intr-un dop incepi usor sa umplii zona cu uap de vopsea alba... daca nu ai rabdare si timp sa termini macar o parte iese prost... lasi la uscat ceva vreme ca sa se intareasca bine vopseaua, apoi aplici un strat de lac (cazul meu) pentru protectie.

mai am o sigla care vreau sa o reconditionez, inclusiv una DACIA pe care as vrea sa vad cum ies cu spray crom, vreo idee de cum pot aplica vopseaua crom pe sigla ?

Multumesc pentru raspuns. In ceea ce priveste vopsitul intre timp m-am gandit o solutie mai eficienta pentru a delimita suprafetele vopsite cu negru/alb/crom.

Masking tape. O aplici pe toata suprafata si apoi tai cu un bisturiu sau ceva f. ascutit exact forma vulturului, opusul vulturului (pe care il faci negru), literele UAP...

am incercat, o zi intreaga sa maschez, degeaba tot gazam sigla... cel mai bine am reusit cu pensul si scobitoare, a iesit ca in fabrica, asta dupa ce am vazut pe descoperii chanel cum faceau unii ecusoanele acelea in relief cu vopsea (alea exact ca sigla), am incercat si eu + cateva sfaturi de la posesorii nostrii de babe smile.gif cum faci pana la urma cu vopseaua crom ? ca vreau sa incerc si eu

Aia e cam singura problema sad.gif... Din ce-am citit vopseaua crom de pe piata da rezultate slabe spre foarte slabe...

Daca are cineva idei il rog sa le posteze smile.gif

Rabdare am. Adica nu sunt un foarte rabdator dar cand cand ma apuc de reconditionare ma voi inarma cu mult rabdare.


Mai am o intrebare referitor la vopseaua alba/neagra. Ce tip sa fie? De unde ai luat? smile.gif

Nu exista "vopsea crom". sleep.gif Am incercat toate tipurile de spray ce se gasesc in comert si in veci vecilor nu arata ca si cromul. In niciun caz nu ies piesele ca pe capacul de la spray. O sa-ti iasa un gri foarte deschis. In plus daca adaugi si lac deasupra, iese un gri mat original. Recomand curatare - slefuire - cromare - CriSTI68 - pus pe masina. smile.gif

"Prima locatie: gard in gard cu piata de linga Obor (aceea unde au electrice, fiare, de toate) este un atelier de cromare. Pe patron in cheama Bratu.
A doua locatie: langa caminele Moxa (caminele A.S.E.-ului) atelier de cromare ieftin, se baga la orice, cromeaza si piulite."


Mi se pare ca ala de la obor s-a desfintat. Dar oricum sunt o gramada de ateliere care fac aceasta operatiune.

Am ales sa nu mai o cromez ci sa-i pastrez acel aspect un pic mai "obosit" dat fiind trecerea timpului. Nu vreau sa para nou nouta, cel putin nu momentan.

Le-am reconditionat culorile in schimb, cred ca mi-a reusit cat de cat smile.gif Cea din mijloc e originala, s-a pastrat f. bine si celalalte erau intr-o stare destul de proasta cand le-am luat de la remat. smile.gif

In curand vor fi pe masinutele din semnatura icon_mrgreen.gif

vad ca le-ai vopsit.
cu un marker permanent negru nu mergea "pictat" si cu marker corecto, iar peste un strat de lac ceva?

In avans cu o scobitoare f. bine ascutita am scos vopseaua veche foarte incet (am reusit de minune, s-a exfoliat bine) si apoi cu oja.

Probabil pe viitor imi va iesi si mai bine smile.gif (sper)

Era o data pe bursa noi si nemontate daca cautati mai atent... dar tipul mic atat cromat cat si de aluminiu. (am modificat putin postul sa "nu fac reclama")

Nu cred ca e cazul sa faci reclama in topicul asta. Cred ca gaseam toti de unde sa cumparam, dar preferam sa reconditionam si nu sa platim preturi destul de umflate.

Nu e reclama dar cred ca e mai usor sa cumperi una decat sa incerci sa vopsesti una su spray crom sau cromata la vreun atelier de profil, ca numai cromul cred ca sare de 10 ron, si pretul de 25 ron nu cred ca este umflat , mai ales ca siglele erau noi si nu au fost montate vreo data ( proveneau dintr-un stoc vechi de marfa), si intereseati-va cam cat costa una tipul nou ( aceia cu plastic cu culoarea albastra cu care au fost echipate ultimile dacii, iar de una de logan nici nu mai zic....).

Nu as fi folosit spray de "crom" dar in orice caz daca iei un spray crom cu 10 RON faci MULTE steme cu aia 10 RON (zeci probabil)...

Daca nu e reclama atunci recomanda-ne si noua niste tehnici sa le facem pe ale noastre sa arate ca cele mentionate de tine in acel topic, care arata f. bine de ce sa nu recunoastem.

Am intrat in posesia unei sigle in stare destul de proasta si acoperita partial cu vopsea (unde nu trebuia sa fie).

Am scufundat-o in lichid de frana si momentan pare sa reactioneze ok cu vopsea si o inlatura... Ati avut rezultate ok folosind asa ceva? smile.gif

Nu chiar. Esenta e ca destul de putina lume stie ce-i emblema aia mai ales prietenii mei mai tineri si semnifica apartenenta la un club destul de select wink.gif
