Salut, nu am gasit un topic asemanator (poate nu am cautat destul)...
Am si eu o problema destul de grava. Imi ramane frana blocata doar pe roata din fata stanga sad.gif isi revine cand vrea
am schimbat furtunele de la etrieri, placutele de frana, garniturile de la pistonase si chiar si pistonasele dar tot asa face sad.gif
Ce poate sa mai aiba stricat?

ai aerisit bine sistemul de franare, cauzele mai pot fi etrier,pistonase,placute frana,si in final pompa de servo frana

ma duc maine sa vad sa fie aerisit sistemul... sper ca n-o sa mai faca

se poate sa fie pompa de vina daca ramane blocata frana doar pe o roata? (fata stanga)

la solenza nu am avut probleme
in schimb la fosta berlina pateam la fel,cand imi era lumea mai draga mi se frana dreapta fata,aveam cu mine scule,desfaceam curatam si iar mai mergea o perioada,nu foarte lunga
am vandut masina unei fete,si la 2 saptamani a ramas fara frane,de tot,problema a fost in pompa,la garnituri,
acum nu vreau sa te sperii,dar ar fi bine sa verifici si asta

cum am zis mai sus pistonasul e proaspat schimbat ...

voi verifica si pompa ... n-o sa ma las pana nu o rezolv

si eu am patit asa imi ramanea blocata frana, acum nu stiu ca stanga sau dreapta dar stiu ca fata de dupa ce puneam frana mergea greu si daca dadem inapoi 2-3 cm se debloca si faza era ca intrau placutele de frana intre etrier si discul de frana.

Ming, si eu am avut o problema asemanatoare si am schimbat garniturile de la etrier degeaba- era deformata carcasa aia a lui si pistonasul lucra stramb si ramanea blocat. Roata era infranata.

Am scapt de problema cand am schimbat etrierul respectiv.

Am fost azi la un prieten la service si am rezolvat problema.
Placutele erau sarite din etrier si lipite efectiv de disc (mai degraba intepenite intre disc si etrier). Tipul a fost nevoit sa dea jos etrierul ca sa poata sa scoata placuta aceea (toata treaba a durat vreo 3 ore si jumate).

Placutele (marca Fermit) erau uzate tare detot (fier pe fier)
Discul e bun, are cateva striatii mici pe el (minuscule)

Eu nu mai folosesc Fermit , la fel am patit si eu , o gramada de probleme . Ea frana ok la inceput , dar apoi au inceput problemele , ba troznea frana , ba ramanea infranata si nu au tinut nici 40.000 km aceste placute , in timp ce originalele au tinut 72.000 km .

Nu va jucati cu franele! Este bine ,chiar daca functioneaza corect, sa aruncati periodic o privire si sa verificati starea placutelor de frana,in special la cele interioare.Etrierul are obiceiul,din cauza ruginii,sa nu mai culiseze pe acele pene(eventual curatate si unse) astfel franarea se realizeaza mai accentuat pe placuta cu pistonul subtiindu-se si apoi blocandu-se intre disc si suportul etrierului.Acum 2 zile am profitat de caldura de afara si am schimbat discurile + placute; placuta din exterior arata aproape noua,insa cea din interior era uzata aproape de maxim.
Daca pe fata am folosit discuri si placute Klaxcar,nu prea stiu ce sa aleg pentu saboti in afara de Fermit.Imi puteti recomanda altceva?Cumva cele de "uzina" sunt tot Fermit?
