Wich type? My favorite is Logan MCV (7 seats, benzin-1.6 16v)

As I already said in another topic, if I did not already have a less that two year old car I would by the 7 seat petrol version of MCV.

It looks like "diesel" is winning, but in all of candidates together.(diesel vs benzin 4:2)

Logan Diesel, Prestige version, but unfortunetly the Prestige version is not given with the 1,5 dci engine.

Logan Prestige 1.6 16V.

MCV Laureate (7 seats), 1.6 16V

Diesel is winning again by 7:4 against benzin versions...
I prefer benzin engines, because, I don't know...

I would buy the Prestige (gasoline 105 hp) version if they fit it with rear disk breaks and maybe with authomatic gearbox. i would also prefer a nicer steering wheel and the "mineral blue color."

1.6 16v prestige with 106 HP.
105 hp in the engine + one in the drivers seat :-)

MCV Laureate in "Bleu Minerale" with alloy wheels, either with the 1.6 16v or the 1.5DCi engine.

I would buy same car as the one I bought:
Logan Sedan 1.4MPI in bright (read: PORSCHE) red color. Why? There's no money to pay all the traffic tickets I would produce, so it's better to have a slow car which look so gooooooooooooood!

I would stick to the version in my signature which combined with extended warranty costs 8250. The 1.6 16v e a good engine for a car like this, but the suspensions, aerodynamics, sound proofing are big drawbacks that would not let you fully enjoy an engine like this. What's the good of being able to go 190Km/h when at 150 with a little wind from the side you are struggling to keep the car straight? I don’t even what to consider what would happen if you try a mountain road with speeds of 100+ Km/h.

First of all, Logan is definitely not a racing machine, that's true (except of those RS and other tuned versions). You are right about the side wind on high speed highway driving. But you are ABSOLUTELY WRONG about sound proofing. I can safely and quietly (listening to a music) drive 140 km/h on a highway (also up the hills), which is very close to the limit of 1.4 l engine (with a lot of noise). Also, I can easy go into overtaking a truck driving 80 km/h in just a few hundreds of meters. I am surprised that you, from Romania, obviously did not have a chance to try this type of Logan, which would prove my point. I know that BMW is better, but... I don't want to talk about the prices in Romania, but here in Serbia I am sure that I made the best choice at that time, compromising my pocket's depth and my personal preferences in choosing what BRAND NEW car to buy. I truly believe that Renault's X90 project will prove my point in years to come. Generally, any Logan is a good choice, all the other issues are a matter of personal choice and there is no need to argue about that.

At high speeds the wind noise will be grater that the engine noise... that does not meen is a good sound proof. You are perfectly right about overtakings but I still consider that the top version Logan is not the best value for money you can get becouse is more to a car than the engine.

I think, dear friend, that you should really buy a Rolls-Royce according to a very high standards you have just explained. That car is built with a purpose to hear the ticking of your hand watch while driving. It's true. Lexus would probably also do the job for you. Seriously, what can one really expect from a "10000 EUR class" car? BTW, the noise level on high speeds are comparable with a lot much more expensive cars on the market. It's not only the noise, anyway. I have a lot of fun driving my car on the cheap, and that is all that matters and what this topic is all about.
