September 19, 2010, second Dacia Community Picnic

· Dacia is organizing its second annual picnic on Sunday September 19, at two French sites: Mousseaux-sur-Seine (west of Paris) and Cublize (west of Lyon).
· Last year’s picnic, on September 27, 2009, drew more than 4,000 people, and this second Dacia Community Picnic is expected to be just as successful.
· The Dacia Community Picnic is an original event at which Dacia customers and their families meet up to enjoy special features and attractions, for young and old. All Dacia owners in France are invited to come along for a fun day out at a leisure centre offering free activities such as canoeing, pedal boating and bouncy games.

There will be a demonstration of Duster’s off-road capabilities on a special 4x4 track (with instructor), and other Dacias will also be on show.
In the six years since its French debut in 2005, Dacia has become a major player on the French automotive market. At the end of August 2010, Dacia ranked fourth (behind Renault, Peugeot and Citroen) in the consumer sales charts, with 70,000 registrations, a 125% surge on the first eight months of 2009 for market share of 8.2%.
In 2010 so far, Sandero is the biggest-selling car on the French consumer market. And Duster, the latest in the Dacia line-up, already ranks third in the off-roader charts, after just six months on the market.
The rise of the Dacia brand reflects a definite shift in consumer mindsets. Motorists’ reticence with regard to lowcost vehicles seems to be lifting. According to a Cételem survey in 2010, an average 29% of customers across the major European markets planning to buy a new car intended to spend less than €8,000. Although the economic crisis has highlighted the importance of value for money, a lasting trend toward more thoughtful, more thrifty consumption patterns is clearly visible. Dacia has been quick to tune into this shift, with a range of reliable vehicles offering unbeatable performance for the price.
As Bernard Cambier, France Sales & Marketing Director, puts it, “We’re looking at a new sociological movement, the Dacia Attitude, displayed by on-the-ball motorists demanding a practical vehicle at a fair price. Dacia owners are rightly proud of this.”

N-am reusit sa ajung la Tulcea si pe de-o parte imi pare bine, dar in mod sigur imi amintesc de "Renault All Days" cu mare placere. wub.gif aplauze.gif

Nu e vorba despre ce pot sa faca posesorii - cand a fost cazul daca iti mai aduci aminte de Coba a iesit ceva...

Sa ramanem pe subiectul acestui topic si sa lasam vechile dispute acolo unde au ajuns la momentul ala.

Revenind....in Romania sa faci asa ceva presupune o munca titanica din partea noastra...culmea....si zero implicare din partea lor.

Eu am o experienta vasta legata de comunicarea cu reprezentatii Dacia - Renault si pot sa zic cu certitudine o singura chestie: e mai simplu sa faci ceva cu BMW Romania!

S-au implicat putin cand a fost vorba de intalnirea din Pitesti-Mioveni, pentru Clubul Logan. Si asta pentru ca au vazut ca anul trecut au fost foarte multe masini prezente, foarte multi oameni, entuziasti, spectatori, etc. N-au avut nimic de pierdut daca au pus un pic umarul si au oferit 3 cataloage, 5 tricouri si 10 breloace si au asigurat comunicarea cu autoritatile (primarie, consiliu general, care oricum sunt subjugate platformei Colibasi)

Ce a fost grav - drumul de la Pitesti pana la Mioveni sau de la Campulung la Mioveni. Este jenantca dupa atatia ani nu sunt in stare sa refaca un tronson de 30 km, sosea pe care de altfel fabrica isi rupe autobuzele cu muncitori ... Rusinos, noi am mers cu 30km/h intre Pitesti si Mioveni



Iar daca scopul unora pt a veni la astfel de adunari este acela de a strange cat mai multe premii si mocangeli, atunci ar face bine sa nu mai vina, eu unul vin de placere, ma distrez cat pot siin limita bunului simt si imi fac noi prieteni, ii intalnesc pe cei vechi, etc. Ca te bate unul pe umar la un moment dat si-ti spune : vino sa-ti dau ceva, asta nu tine nici de mine si nici de ceilalti participanti. Tine de organizator. Pe care pana la urma trebuie sa-l respecti, ca el face, tu nu faci. Cu adevarat, nu-i usor sa organizezi un astfel de eveniment.

A MASSIVE DACIA COMMUNITY TURNOUT FOR THE

BRAND'S SECOND ANNUAL PICNIC ON SEPTEMBER 19



· More than 7,500 members of the Dacia Community responded to Dacia's invitation to take part in the brand's two Grand Pique-Nique events on Sunday, September 19: in Mousseaux sur Seine (near Paris) and Cublize (near Lyon).
· More than 2,000 Dacia vehicles turned out for these thoroughly enjoyable picnics.
· To round off the day, participants gathered for a souvenir photo which, seen from the sky, read "J'aime ma Dacia" (Mousseaux/"I love my Dacia") and "Dacia 2010" (Cublize).
· In the five years since Dacia's launch in France in 2005, the brand has emerged as a major player in the country's automobile market. At the end of August 2010, Dacia ranked fourth (behind Renault, Peugeot and Citroen) in the consumer sales charts, with 70,000 registrations, a 125% surge on the first eight months of 2009 for market share of 8.2%.


On Sunday, September 19, 2010, leisure parks in Mousseaux sur Seine (west of Paris) and Cublize (Lac des Sapins, west of Lyon) played host to Dacia's second annual 'Grand Picnic'.
Almost 2,000 Dacia vehicles travelled to these congenial gatherings, with many of the brand's fans motoring several hundred kilometres to join in the fun. Indeed, some participants in Mousseaux drove up from the south of France, while others in Cublize didn't hesitate to cross the country from the Atlantic coast…

In addition to the picnics themselves, a packed programme of entertainment was laid on for members of the Dacia Community, including water games, bouncy castles and Dacia 4x4 demonstration drives.
A number of guests announced their participation on the Dacia Facebook fan page1, and some even arrived the previous evening to be sure of being among the first to explore the site and profit from the different activities.
"We're here to meet other people, chat and enjoy ourselves," enthused one participant. "It's a great idea to bring people together like this."
Bernard Cambier (Sales Director, France): "The Dacia Attitude is becoming something of a social movement for motorists on the lookout for a smart buy and who want to pay the right price only for what they really need, and nothing more. There is a sense of pride about owning a Dacia and the success of these picnics illustrates just how close our customers feel to the brand."
A recent TNS Sofres Car 360° survey undertaken in Fran ce in association with Le Journal de l’Automobile revealed that Dacia was the second-most appreciated brand by its customers.
