A New Cancun Family Resort: Seadust

By: B. N. Spangler - August 16, 2017

A new beachfront family resort has opened its doors in the heart of Cancun’s hotel zone: the Seadust Cancun Family Resort.

The 505-room all-inclusive was formerly the Great Parnassus Family Resort, the product of a multimillion-dollar renovation project that updated the guest rooms, added meeting and group spaces and expanded the culinary offering.

“Seadust Cancun Family Resort was created for and inspired by the need for families to reconnect. We want guests to feel the difference between a hotel that family’s visit and a destination created with the family experience in mind,” said Mr. Pedro Pinhal, Director and CEO of Seadust Cancun Family Resort. “We believe Seadust Cancun Family Resort will set the stage for lifelong memories for value-conscious families seeking a high-quality, service-driven offering.”

The resort has three infinity pools, two outdoor whirlpool tubs and an adults-only pool, along with a spa called Zenserenz with spa suites and a hydrotherapy circuit.

In all, Seadust has seven a la carte restaurants and 11 bars, along with 24-hour room service, two snack bars, a bakery and a coffee bar.

Rates start at $170 per person per night, according to the company.
