BBC Strictly Come Dancing fans have rushed to defend Tess Daly over outfit complaints. Tess shared snaps of herself in her BBC Strictly Come Dancing outfit on Instagram tonight before she took to the studio at Elstree for the latest live episode of the 2023 series.

" Week 4@bbcstrictlyhere we go!" Tess wrote. Vernon Kay wrote a string of flame emojis, while Claudia Winkleman posted love hearts. Dune London said: " Looking absolutely stunning in our Carabella shoes." Pam said: "Love this dress where is it from please?x" Nikita Kanda wrote: "Stunning," and Stacey Dooley also shared love hearts in reply.

"Tess you look incredible," said another, Gabby Logan said: "Evergreen." Fernley then said: "This dress is awesome. Lovely." Gayle said: "STUNNING." Jury said: "Your looking absolutely stunning." Rob said: "you are stunning beyond words tess" Barlow said: "You look amazing Tess." And Kellie said: "Beautiful Tess."

At the top of the show, Tess faced complaints from some viewers over her outfit. Heidi said: "Tess's dress on #Strictly tonight is my favourite ever. Very much enjoying her new stylist this season." Kaur said: "Tess looks lovely tonight. Sometimes all you need is a well fitted black dress #scd #StrictlyComeDancing #strictly."

Helen wrote: "Love Tess’s cut away dress style #fashionwatch #strictly." But Sarah said: "Oh dear poor Tess Daly has split her dress #strictly." And another typed: "Poor Tess looks as if they’ve put her in a sports bra and tried to twist it into place.#StrictlyComeDancing #Strictly."

And another commented: "lI hope Tess has kept the receipt for that dress, Richie, the sides appear to have fallen out.' #Strictly." Tess was back at the helm of the show from 6.30pm on Saturday October 14 alongside Claudia, with the remaining contestants all competing and trying to impress the four judges once again.
