This product is very good but I think Eufy should make a Bluetooth siren with an update that has a higher decibel. my alarm went off and we couldn't hear the siren from upstairs

Received today but all of the provided batteries were completely dead, and replacement 3V batteries are pricy. The product works however the app doesn't allow you to modify the keypad setting without resetting the device.

Be advised the alarm on this device is so low in volume that you can literally talk over it. The setup installation is extremely easy but useless the main loudspeaker has to be connected to Wi-Fi for instance my Wi-Fi unit is upstairs that means the alarm is only going to go off upstairs how stupid is that what if somebody breaks in the front door they will be able to hear nothing since the alarm is is low in volume. The alarm should be a separate unit that doesn't have to be physically hardwired to my modem. Don't waste your time and money on this piece of junk product

I've used this system for a while now and it works reasonably well, however, they have started forcing ads onto the app you use to monitor and control the system. This would have been a huge no sell to me at the time of purchase. When I buy something it's mine. I DO NOT want ads forced onto it. EUFY STOP WITH THE CRAP. It's past the return window or it would go back to Amazon

The installation was easy, and the sensors were working as expected. However, I kept the keypad installation the last (which should have been the first item btw), turns out it was defective. Now I had to reverse everything and pack up everything to get a refund.

The home base siren is very weak, and Eufy doesn't have a external siren option. During my test I was able to use Homekit automation to trigger a 110v 30W siren connected to a smart outlet when one or all the Eufy sensors were triggered.

Update:
I reached out to technical support via Amazon and Eufy website to troubleshoot the keypad issue in order to avoid returning everything. Both channels failed miserably. Not only the agents didn't review my reported case carefully but also keep getting into questions that have already been addressed in the previous messages and/or images. In short, it was a waste of time.
