Well, that was fast, folks. Just days after rumors of a Valentine's Day engagement were swirling, it looks like Kat Von D and musician Leafar Seyer of the band Prayers are officially married. The L.A. Ink star and beauty mogul and her now husband posted identical photos to Instagram showing off their heavily tattooed hands and new wedding bands. “Today, I married my soul’s mate, my mind’s twin, my best friend," Von D wrote, tagging her now hubby.

Seyer — born Rafael Reyes — captioned his photo with a similar sentiment and a series of...interesting emojis. “Today I married the girl of my dreams," he said. "En Vida Y En Muerte," wrote Seyer before adding the heart, snail, engagement ring, and ant emoji. These kids.

Just six days ago on Valentine’s Day, Von D posted a video of her man with a ring on THAT finger. Above the couple flew an airplane's banner that read, "I love you Kat Von D.” The tattoo artist mysteriously captioned the video, “...so this just happened. @prayers ❤️ #bestvalentinesdayever”

According to Revelist, the Mexican-born singer has been referring to Von D as his fiancé as of late, sending fans into a frenzy. Luckily, they didn’t have to wait long for confirmation of the relationship status of their favorite goth couple, because a marriage announcement came just six days later.

Although the pair has only been Instagram official for a few weeks according to Revelist, they first got acquainted back in 2016 when Von D sang a verse on Seyer’s song "Underneath the Stars." The artist opened up to Paper at the time, explaining how he got her on the record.

“I played a song for Travis Barker [who produced Prayers' last album, Young Gods] called "Underneath the Stars" that's on Baptism of Thieves, about a serial killer who's in love with a girl,” he said. “I was telling him the concept for the music video, and he says, ‘You know who the perfect person for this video would be? Kat Von D—I'm friends with her.’ And I was like, ‘Well, why don't you call her right now and tell her what you just said to me?’”

Obvi, she took no offense, and it sounds like Seyer had been watching the tattoo artist from afar for some time — 14 years to be exact. In a recent interview on her fan site, Seyer admits to messaging her on MySpace all those years ago.

The social network might not have lasted, but their connection sure did. Congratulations, you two.
