Horse diapers? LaGrange Co. vote expected today

Some say there's too much horse manure on the roads in LaGrange County. Today a vote could determine if horses will be required to have manure bags to help the problem.

Supporters say the waste causes traffic hazards and health concerns.

But the Amish community argues the bags could bounce against the horses like a whip and make them uncomfortable.
