Ted Tutun

Ted joined Stifel in 2019 as a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsor Group. He brings over 25 years of investment banking experience and has built strong relationships with a number of mid and large cap Boston and New York based financial sponsors.

Prior to joining Stifel, Ted ran the financial sponsor group at Cowen. Before that, he spent almost 10 years at Jefferies where he helped build the large cap sponsor practice. Ted has worked on over 300 transactions totaling over $50 billion in value on a wide range of equity, debt and advisory transactions for his clients. Over the past five years alone, he has completed 17 sell-side transactions totaling over $9 billion in value and 14 debt financings over $9 billion in value.

Ted graduated with honors and has an A.B. from Harvard College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
