Our Shipping Policy
Our items are shipped out of the Knoxville TN area, and we ship any day shipping is available. We are off on holidays and closed shipping days. Holidays, bad weather, and many other reasons can affect shipping times but we aim to please and will do our best to promptly get your order to you as fast as possible.
If you have an order that you need for a special occasion we suggest that you order at least 14 days in advance. Please use your correct shipping address when placing an order, we deliver to the address you provide us. To help keep shipping problems from happening, we ask that you please double check the shipping address on your order and be available when the package arrives.
Economy Shipping
With this low price option, your package usually ships in 5-7 business days. If the shipping company has any delays , we are not liable. We can submit a claim for a shipping refund from the carrier if the package is delayed for 30 days, but no more than 60 days.
Standard Shipping
This is your standard USPS priority/FedEx ground style delivery and standard shipping will get your package to you in 1-3 business days . Delays can happen but we cannot submit a claim unless ith has been over 2 weeks.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, a delay in pickup or another reason, we will do our best to notify you and work out a payment plan to get the package delivered to you.
