Jana Kramer is opening up about her "harder" third pregnancy.

The country singer and podcast host, 39 — who is currently pregnant and expecting her third baby — chatted exclusively with PEOPLE at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas on Friday, when she spoke candidly about the challenges she is facing during pregnancy this time around.

“Obviously it's been a little bit harder. I’m just a little older and this is my third kid,” Kramer said. (She is currently expecting her first baby with fiancé Allan Russell, and shares two kids, daughter Jolie Rae and son Jace Joseph, with ex-husband Mike Caussin.)

“Things are a little different now, but it's great," she continued. "I'm just so blessed. I didn't think this would be possible, so it's a beautiful, beautiful thing.”

As for cravings, the One Tree Hill alum revealed, “I’m just constantly craving peaches and orange juice. In the middle of the night, I’ll go to the refrigerator and just open it. I'm not using a cup, unfortunately. I'm just drinking orange juice straight from the container.”

Kramer and her former soccer player beau, who's dad to a 16-year-old son, got engaged in May after six-and-a-half months of dating.

A month later, they shared their exciting baby news exclusively with PEOPLE, and then revealed that they are expecting a boy not long after.

The “I Got the Boy” singer has been married three times, and her divorce from Caussin, 36, made headlines after his involvement in multiple cheating scandals.

“I'm giving people hope that you can have a happy ending,” Kramer told PEOPLE. “I remember being in my bed two years ago being like, ‘I'm never going to be loved again, it's over for me. Who will ever want me?' "

"Now I'm the happiest and I have so much love in my life, and it's not just because of my fiancé and my kids, but it's because I finally started to love myself and have that journey," she added.
