So what are we supposed to eat now?

(Anne Fischer Silva, A New Leaf Nutrition, Petaluma Bounty)

Saturday, July 9 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m.

Cost: $10 | RSVP for location helen@sheacademy.us

Petaluma Bounty will lead a tour of the Bounty Community Farm and talk about their mission to help make healthy, affordable food available to everyone in our community! Anne Fischer Silva will teach us about what constitutes a 'healthy hormone' diet for women. She will bring her version of shortcake (non-gluten and high protein) and whipped cream with strawberries freshly harvested at the Farm.  Come to learn about healthy living and enjoy strawberry shortcake with Petaluma Women R.O.C.K.

Anne Fischer Silva is a clinical nutritionist and licensed holistic esthetician. Anne received her nutrition certification from AIMI in Washington, D.C. Over the last ten years she has taught nutrition courses, hosted “Health-Wise” (a weekly radio show), and written articles for several publications.

Petaluma Bounty is a local non-profit working to create a sustainable food system in Petaluma by engaging the whole community in a variety of programs, including community gardens, the Bounty Community Farm (an educational urban farm), a community food gleaning program, and assistance in creating food gardens at home.
