Carole Radziwill slams ex-BFF Bethenny Frankel as ‘not very intelligent’ – while misspelling ‘shrewd’
She won’t get off her jock.
Carole Radziwill cut down Bethenny Frankel in a comment on social media earlier this week, claiming her former “Real Housewives of New York City” co-star is “not very intelligent.”
A “Housewives” fan account shared an image of Frankel, 53, via Instagram Monday to remark on the businesswoman’s ongoing battle against Bravo and NBC Universal over the alleged unfair treatment and inadequate pay of reality stars.
“Bethenny is smart, no question about it. But would she be who she is without Bravo? I don’t think so,” the account captioned the pic.
“This whole thing is an interesting move and I’ll be interested to see how it shakes out.”
Radziwill, 59, then chimed in, “Shrewed [sic] perhaps but she’s actually not very intelligent.”
Many fans noticed that while the “What Remains” author was trying to bash Frankel’s intelligence, she ironically misspelled the word shrewd.
“You can’t spell shrewd wrong and call someone not intelligent 😂,” one user wrote.
“😂 Spelling shrewd wrong while calling her unintelligent is comical,” another added.
A third advised, “Always, always check for typos before delivering a serve.”
Radziwill has not responded to the criticism regarding her spelling and her rep did not immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
However, the former ABC journalist doubled down on her remarks about Frankel, adding in a thread under her original comment, “Here’s the thing people in this country equate accumulation of wealth with intelligence even in the face of a mountain of evidence to the contrary.”
She concluded, “Money does not equal intelligence. So I said what I said. 😘”
Frankel’s reps declined Page Six’s request for comment on the shady remarks.
While the Skinnygirl founder was at one point friends with Radziwill on “RHONY,” the pair has been at odds with each other for years.
In 2018, Frankel was even asked about her feud with Radziwill during her custody battle, with a lawyer asking at one point, “When you called Carole a b—h and a f–king moron, was that harassing her?” in an apparent attempt to show a pattern of behavior.
Then in 2022, Radziwill alleged on a podcast that Frankel had “access” to producers, which she claimed gave her co-star an upper hand in comparison to the rest of her castmates.

Later that year, the “Widow’s Guide to Sex and Dating” author also slammed Frankel’s “ReWives” podcast idea, noting on social media at the time, “Oh lordy…how original …

Most recently, Radziwill claimed that Frankel’s infamous moment on “RHONY,” in which she told co-star Luann DeLesseps that her then-fiancé, Tom D’Agostino, was cheating on her, was due to a photo that Donald Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen allegedly took.
However, Frankel denied the claim last Friday, saying in a now-deleted TikTok, “Only because I love you and because many of you have asked me in the comments will I comment on something so insignificant and so stupid and it is that no, Michael Cohen did not take the photo at The Regency of Tom.”
