A visibly pregnant Heidi Montag appeared unbothered by her pronounced baby bump on a recent visit with her family to the beach, pausing to execute a brief workout routine while sporting a red-hot bikini, as captured in a clip shared yesterday to her Instagram.
In the roughly 15-second video, the “Hills” alum, 35, can be heard announcing her intentions to hubby Spencer Pratt, who apparently filmed the scene.
“I think I can do a little pregnancy beach workout right here,” she proclaims.
Sporting a cherry-hued triangle bikini top with matching tie-side bottoms, Montag proceeds to carry out a number of stationary squats. Within moments, Pratt and Montag’s 4-year-old son Gunner bursts into the frame and subsequently joins in on his reality star mom’s physical fitness efforts, hitting the ground and proceeding to attempt a few pushups.

Montag, meanwhile, is shown in the background completing about eight “air squats” over the course of the footage as waves from the ocean crash near her feet.
For the “Laguna Beach” cast member, her current pregnancy was a longtime in the making, with she and Pratt having faced fertility struggles following Gunner’s birth in October 2017. Montag even underwent a surgical procedure in August 2021 to increase the couple’s chances of conceiving again.
It came to light that her efforts had paid off earlier this summer, when Montag went public with news that she was expecting a second child with Pratt, her husband of 14 years.
Earlier in August, Montag revealed the baby’s gender, adding how, despite having previously been “convinced” that her second baby would be a girl, she and Pratt would in fact be expecting another son.
