Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep the pouch sealed. Best to consume entire product within 3 months of opening. "1MEAL REPLACEMENT (60g): Mix 60g (approximately 2 x 60ml scoops) with 350ml of water until a smooth, even consistency is achieved. Substituting one daily meal of an energy restricted diet with a meal replacement contributes to the maintenance of weight after weight loss.
