Romanian Feast: La Gratar

Typical Romanian “Gratar” or grill, with mititei or mici which are minced lamb and beef with special seasoning, shaped like a fat sausage, pork, sausages, or carniți, together with the usual condiments: tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, shredded cabbage, sour cream and in the blue glass in the lower right corner, palinca!

from another angle you can also see the pickled jalapenos from Texas, a gift to our host, who adores hot and spicy!
