"Stayed here for 3 nights for a work trip. Feels like a conference hotel. No real restaurant, just a bar serving 2 dishes (nothing vegetarian). Room is big, nice and clean and I had a view towards the ICTY, which has a big fountain in front of it. Each floor has a theme, but didn't really get the concept of it. Easy to get to from Den Haag Central Station, tram line 1. Takes about 10-15 minutes, so it's quite far away from the city. Not that much restaurants around, and being picky about food that was quite a problem for me."
