Nalba mare este o planta ale carei proprietati terapeutice au fost folosite inca din cele mai vechi timpuri, in special pentru curatarea bronhiilor si protejarea mucoaselor.

Nalba mare este o planta ierboasa, perena, ce creste pana la 1,5-2 m, cu peri catifelati pe toate partile aeriene, cu tulpina cilindrica, frunze lung peţiolate, palmat lobate cu 3-5 lobi, verzi-albicioase, catifelate; florile, cu corola cu 5 petale alb-roz si cu stamine numeroase violete cu antere rosii, sunt dispuse rar, in raceme, la varful tulpinii; fructul este o capsula turtita ce se desface in 13-20 mericarpii cu cate o samanta reniforma turtita lateral.

Raspandire:este intalnita in locuri rurale,necultivate,la marginea drumurilor,pe ogoare,prin parloage,gradinide zarzavat,de la campie pana in zona montana.
Vegeteaza bine numai la lumina directa,fara cerinte deosebite fata de sol,umiditate,temperatura.
Organele vegetale utilizate sunt frunzele.
Peroada de recoltare: planta se poate culege din luna mai si pana in luna iulie.

Nalba-tratamente naturiste

In uz intern NALBA MARE se foloseste pentru tratarea tusei, bronsitei,laringitei, traheitei,bolilor de rinichi si ale cailor urinare(nefrite,pielite, uretrite,cistite).

In uz exter PLANTA MEDICINALA trateaza ABCESUL DENTAR, AMIGDALITA, hemoroizii si furunculoza.

NALBA MARE este indicata in inflamatiile mucoaselor din interiorul organismului,cum ar fi: in gastrite,in inflamatiile mucoasei gastro-intestinale, ale cavitatii bucale,in ulcere gastrice si intestinale.

Mai este indicata si in caz de secretie pulmonara abundenta,BRONSITA,tuse, si RAGUSEALA puternica,AMIGDALITA si gura uscata.

Nalba mare este recomandata si in cazul cancerul laringelui. Pentru aceasta se prepara un extract rece din 6 lingurite cu varf de planta medicinala proaspata (frunzele taiate marunt) la la 2 litrii si jumatate de apa rece care se lasa peste noapte la macerat. Marshmallow  is a herbaceous, perennial plant, growing up to 1.5-2 m, with velvety hairs on all sides, with a cylindrical stem, long petiolate leaves, palmately lobed with 3-5 lobes, greenish-whitish, velvety; the flowers, with a corolla with 5 white-pink petals and numerous purple stamens with red anthers, are rarely arranged in racemes at the top of the stem; the fruit is a flattened capsule that unfolds into 13-20 mericarps with a flattened reniform seed flattened laterally.

Growth:it is common in rural places, uncultivated roadsides, in fields, in fallow vegetable gardens from plains up in the mountains, in all counties.
Vegetate well in direct light only, no special requirements to the ground, humidity, temperature.

Marshmallow-natural treatments
