WD SRI LANKAN AGENT IS VERY CARELESS ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION... please help!

Please help me WD. Recently I asked for help on a faulty 500GB internal drive which came a “creeeek” sound and stucks… I gave it to the local store where I bought it to claim my 3 yrs warrenty. now after a week they gave me a new disk that came from ur sri lankan agent.

Packet was sealed,but i saw 1 screw attached to the circuit board is not familiar.someone have tried to release it from an incorrect screwdriver.i cant understand what the bleep is happening.i forgot all of them and plugged the new drive and installed windows 7,a fresh copy. very very unfortunately i hear the old ‘creeeek’ sound again…again…again and it bleep and stucks the pc when it hears.when I try to instal a software,it stucks and the only thing i hear from the drive is that crazy noise and the only option is to switch off the power from unit.now its same experience for the 2nd time…now hardly i have started the wd diagnostics wizard and it failed to run the quick test,extended test showed that there are critical errors and can’t be repaired…your agent in sri lanka is very careless in customer service and satisfaction.now what you wants me to do? I can throw this 2nd time junk as far as I cant see,but am not rich to buy another disk like seagate or samsung.i am very sad about the situation. 1st time it may be a product mistake,but for the 2nd time under a 3yr warrenty-it mustn’t b a mistake.

I think that they haven’t sent me a new replacement,instead they have fixed the old circuit board for a disk named a new serial and product id. I am sure of it because there was a small scratch mark on the 1st drive’s board and it is there in the new one also and the serial number on the board is same as the 1st one. I want to be aware of your agent ( A silly ■■■■■ ) in my country and start direct contact with western digital headquarters in claiming warrenty.

But why I should spend my money in sending this crazy product to your company for a fault of your company. I am not ready to make any expense for your bug and If I send this to you, the srilankan agent may say that from here I can’t claim local warrenty since i have done transaction internationally. if a situation like that rises. am gonna smash his neck and eyes. am in a big anger though am very helpless. again I don’t recommend western digital to to an enemy. everything depends on your solution.
