Once upon a time, there lived a lion in a thick jungle. He was the king of the jungle and he enjoyed being respected by all the other animals.

One day, a fox came to him and asked, "Your majesty, why do you always remain in the same area of the jungle? Why don't you explore other parts?"

The lion thought for a moment and then replied, "I'm not scared of anyone, yet why should I leave this place and risk getting hurt? Moreover, I'm not sure if I can handle the unknown danger."

The fox said, "Your highness, if you stay in one place forever then how will you ever grow? Everything has to be experienced to gain knowledge and strength."

The lion understood what the fox said and decided to go out and explore other parts of the jungle. He made friends with different animals like monkeys, tigers and elephants who welcomed him warmly with respect and admiration.

After a while, when he returned to his own part of the jungle he noticed that other animals were not as scared as they used to be before. With his newfound strength, they no longer feared him but instead looked up to him with pride and admiration just like his new friends in other parts of the forest.

The lion realized that by facing his fears he had grown more powerful than before and also gained some great friendships along the way!

He thanked the fox for giving such wise advice which changed his life for good!

From that day onwards, whenever someone asked him why he roamed so much in different areas of the jungle, he proudly answered: “I travel because it gives me strength!”

The moral of this story is – never fear taking risks as it could lead to amazing adventures that can help you become stronger!
