I am impressed with the overall service. Customer assistance is awesome!! The app could use some improvements but it's not too bad. Can you please introduce a feature to rename linked bank cards from other banks? When you have multiple cards linked, it is difficult to recognize the cards. there's just a partial card number displayed and I have to double check with the physical card before doing any transfers.

There customer service is absolutely pathetic I bought a hollywoodbets voucher for R100 they deducted the money from my account but the voucher, to this day remains in the pending status unusable. Hollywood bets says that spot is responsible and cannot assist everytime I contact their useless customer support I get told its been escalated its been over a month now and no sign of my R100. Also don't bother getting an immediate payment, immediate to them is 48hours regardless of payee fees.

Can we please have a pop up message for transactions like received payments. At the moment the app doesn't even tell you who made payment, it just says "bank transfer" There is no email received when payment is received, and the issue of not showing who made payment and just writing "bank transfer" is not dealt with in your reply

Hi Vusi, when someone pays you via EFT you receive a notification via email. When you pay someone it is reflected in your transaction history. You can also generate a proof of payment from the App. If you need help with anything, reach out to us by tapping "Get Help" in the App or via email at help@spotmoney.com.
