The app - bad and barely working. The Service - bad and barely working The whole company - bad and barely working. Do Not Fly With EL-AL unless you absolutely have no other choice.

Worst app ever. I ended up buying tickets from other companies several times because I couldn't do it through the app or the website.

Worst app. Trying to sign up, but you can't do it without a member number, but you have to sign up to get a member number.
