Having difficulty with getting notifications. App not allowing me to enable them. Contacted support, was told to Delete the camera from the account, factory reset it and add it as new, if it still occurs the camera is failing. But the issue was happening with all 4 of my cameras that I bought in late 2019. Then was told We are no longer making or selling any products and no further changes to the app will ever be made. Anyone else having this issue with notifications? Had no issue before now.

Great app and camera. The camera was reasonably priced and the video and sound are clear. The motion detection works great and the app allows easy review of the recorded video clips. There is a bright red light on the camera, so if you don't intend the camera to be seen you will need to cover the light up. Duck tape worked for me. Overall, I'm happy with the camera and app.

pro: easy install, useful for keeping eye on house matters indoors, can be used from inside to monitor outside areas. cons: talkback is rudimentary-could be richer in quality, notifications do not offer other sounds to distinguish from other notifications on mobile phones. The camera ought to have talkback alert options+ alert sound. Example, my mother slid out of her chair on to the floor and could not reach the phone on the table. If I hadn't checked in, she would have been there all day.
