I've been using this app for years now and have almost always had a good experience. The only things I would suggest is for communication to be more easily accessible between the customer and the restaurant in case of any changes to the order or instructions. I also wish they didn't use doordash to deliver, and instead hired they're own delivery drivers. The doordash app and the papa johns app do not link well together. It could be better. But it could be so much worse!

While I think that the overall way to find each category is easy. I really don't enjoy the way you do your pricing. I know they tell you what it's going to be and then when you get to the next the payment page It always feels a bit sneaky. as to how it's going to end up. I think simplifying the prices and then just have a little note that if their additional charges what they are, The consumer will feel better about actually getting the price offered in the special. Thanks. Love your pizza!

Got a notification asking me to rate my delivery, tapped on it, was instead met with a web page saying "sorry, we can't take your order due to technical difficulties." Lmfao. Classic. Also, the tracker doesn't work. I watched the tracker page (in the app's web view) the whole time my order was open, and despite saying it would give me specifics of when it's on the way to my house, it never did. It stayed on the vague "keep checking back for details" message the entire time.
