Only been able to log on properly once, and still couldn't access the HR hub. Works fine on BO at work, yet won't work on my phone even though its compatible. Troubleshooting recommended uninstall/reinstall which then began the saga of not being able to log in at all. Still some hiccups on this app, I think I'll wait until it's been properly sorted for the UK staff

Did you know it's a legal requirement to provide a payslip to staff? Lidl don't. Access revoked months ago with no explanation, no communication and no way of getting in touch. If Lidl wish to discuss its law breaking privately then you know where I am, in the meantime I'll use any platform I can to try and get you to actually talk to me.

Probably the poorest design of any app. You have to log in twice if you want to see your payslips, but it's a different password. If you forget it, there is no way to reset it, therefore you're locked out. We no longer get paper payslips and rely on the app, but instead of waiting to see how the app performs, Lidl immediately decided to stop issuing paper pay slips. Many people at work have no access to this app, it is ridiculously bad, and in typical Lidl fashion, arse backwards and antiquated
