Montignac Diet

Montignac Diet
The key: do not mix carbohydrates and starches (bread, potatoes, pasta, rice, corn, cereals, flours and pulses) with proteins (meat, fish and seafood, eggs, milk, yogurt and cheese) or fats in the same meal.

DIET

Montignac divides the diet in 2 phases:
In the 1st phase of the diet should be followed with strict form, eliminating all the forbidden foods and eating only the allowed. This phase will last until you get the desired weight even though they normally does not usually exceed two months.
In the 2nd phase, you must maintain the standards of the diets, but may be allowed a treat every day as a potato or a piece of cake for dessert. In the food in which it is recommended to consume foods rich in fiber.
Proposal 3-day diet:

FIRST DAY
Food:
A fruit half an hour before eating
Sautéed spinach with garlic and ham.
Grilled salmon with a salad of lettuce and tomato.
Brie Cheese.
Dinner:
Mashed vegetables without fat.
Brown rice with tomato sauce.
1 nonfat yogurt (without sugar but it can be sweetened)

SECOND DAY
Food:
A fruit half an hour before eating
Asparagus
Stew of beans and vegetables
Dinner:
Salad
Scrambled eggs
1 yogurt

THIRD DAY
Food:
Artichoke hearts
Pottage of lentils
1 low-fat yoghurt
Dinner:
A fruit half an hour before dinner
Peppers stew
Monkfish lemon

Breakfast and snacks Is very important to respect the foods that are banned and allowed to follow the diet correctly. The breakfasts and snacks were able to make the taste of each one as long as they follow the food guidelines marked below.

For breakfast we recommend decaffeinated tea or coffee with skimmed milk and fruit, juice, or whole-grain toast with ham or cheese.
For lunch you can choose between fruit, yogurt, crackers, juices, etc. May be accompanied decaffeinated coffee or tea.

Below is a listing of “core principles” to follow the diet correctly without missing any of the possibilities that offers:

Always consume carbohydrates comprehensive avoiding mixed with proteins and/or fats.
Montignac Diets

It allows you to mix the vegetables with proteins and carbohydrates.
The fruit should be eaten alone and outside of the main meals.
The milk should be consumed skimmed yogurt: choose between whole and skimmed, and the cheeses may be of any type.
You can take coffee (best decaffeinated) and tea light.
At the beginning of the diet is to avoid all nuts, and foods rich in fats: oils, butter, sausages, bacon, pork, cheeses rich in fat, ice cream and chocolates)
It is forbidden to consume ready-made sauces-based flours, fats, or greases.
It is recommended to consume plenty of water between meals.
